DTC separates non-violent offenders with

require incarceration.
Recidivism of DTC participants is substantially
lower than that of offenders who do not participate in DTC
DTC generates cost savings from reduced
jail/prison time, reduced criminality and lower criminal justice
system cost. There is an estimated $10 savings for every $1
spent on Drug Treatment Court.
